With the White Glove/Done For You feature, the customer can sit back and relax while we manage everything from setup to monitoring and managing the entire process.

The Pro Service includes a private review collection service with customized campaigns for reviews, such as automated email, bulk email, SMS to mobile phones, kiosks, web links, embedded forms, QR-Codes, and Facebook. Customers can enjoy customized review collection forms with their own logo and can track click-throughs to public review sites. Optional time-stamped coupons are available with every review, and businesses can customize the thank-you page and email, with the option to add a thank-you video, graphics, and other custom content.

With the Pro Service, school districts can receive instant alerts when they receive a private negative review and links to other social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, website, blog, and more. One-click sharing of testimonials on Facebook, Twitter, and HootSuite is also included, along with a Facebook application to add review collection and testimonials to your Facebook page. There are no limits on review collections and review campaigns (subject to the fair use policy).

The website components of the Pro Service offer live updating testimonial feeds of collected reviews, available as a button, embedded in your website, a scrolling testimonial “widget,” or a small cross-fade widget. Advanced options include privacy-compliant mode (for protecting the identity of reviewers on the live testimonial feeds), Google-indexed testimonials with Rich Snippet stars, auto-approval options to reduce administrative tasks, support for over 26 languages, and domain masking.
